Prerequisite "Notary Basics" or Virginia Notary Public experience. Class size does not
exceed four (4). This detailed class includes a thorough review of loan documentation and
role play as a witness closer. Learn the Virginia's requirements for CRESPA certification.
Available in Springfield VA and Richmond VA only.
"Hands On Experience" For Virginia Notary Signing Agents
Small classes (min.2;max.4) are perfect for this class combination of "Notary Law &
Procedures Refresher Course" and "Understanding The Mortgage Loan Signing for Notary
Signing Agents". We travel to your Home Office or Office Location (max. 75 miles one way
from Colonial Beach, VA)
