About Bryce Hall

 

Bryce Hall is the founder of Virginia Notary Public Classes, established in 2005 to address the growing need for practical, reliable notary education across Virginia. She has been a Virginia Notary for 30+ years and has completed more than 10,000 loan signings through Mid-Atlantic Mobile Notary Services. Bryce began teaching after recognizing that many notaries, particularly those performing loan signings, lacked a clear understanding of the fundamentals required for proper notarization. 

 

Since then, she has trained thousands of notaries through programs offered at community colleges, adult education centers, women’s business centers, government offices, corporate locations, and conference facilities throughout Northern, Central, and Tidewater Virginia. 

During the COVID-19 pandemic, our programs transitioned to live, interactive virtual classes, making high-quality training accessible statewide for both employee and independent notaries.

 

Her instruction is known for being clear, practical, and grounded in real-world experience, with a strong focus on accuracy, responsibility, and professionalism.

About Our Notary Classes

 

Virginia Notary Public Classes provides state-specific education designed for both new and experienced Virginia notaries. Courses are built around Virginia law and emphasize notarial duties, responsibilities, and common mistakes to help notaries perform their work with confidence. 

 

Our virtual live, interactive offerings include:

• Notary Basics – for new notaries

• Notary Basics Refresher – for experienced notaries

• Mobile Notary Training – for notaries providing traditional mobile service
   

Our mission is to make professional, affordable, and accessible notary education available throughout Virginia while empowering notaries to fully understand their responsibilities and liabilities. 

 

Coming soon in 2026, we will introduce Notary Basics OnDemand & Self-Paced, giving notaries even greater flexibility to complete training on their own schedule.
